The visual roster allows users to see who is present in the meeting, who has marked themselves as ‘running late’, and where background noise is coming from, with the ability to mute individual audio feeds. During meetings, screens can be shared from any device, by any participant, without requiring permission, and remote control can be enabled for individual screen shares.
