TechSee is an intelligent visual support system that offers SMBs and enterprises a smart visual platform from which to assess, diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely. Incorporating live video, photo chat and intuitive visual guidance tools, TechSee aims to provide users with a reliable and user-friendly visual support solution.
From the smart visual platform, TechSee presents users with a real-time view of the customer’s technical problem. In order to assess the situation and provide visual guidance, TechSee allows users to interact with customers through a live virtual channel. Utilizing an augmented reality pointer, annotations and on-screen text, TechSee enables users to give clear instructions to show a customer exactly how to resolve the issue. Continuing to operate on the live virtual channel, users can observe as the customer tests and verifies the solution.
TechSee offers 3 different products including TechSee Call Center, TechSee Field Services and TechSee Starter. While TechSee Starter is suitable for SMBs with 1 to 10 customer support agents, TechSee Call Center is designed for larger call center operations. TechSee Call Center supports training and monitoring features such as silent observing, three-way conferencing and visual analytics and reporting. Meanwhile, TechSee Field Services provides visual consultation, management and supervision services for field technicians.
