If you do PI work they can't separate out the cases in the ledger so we had to set up new patient files for each case and then try to remember which one is which. The itemized billing statement is also confusing and attorneys are always calling to try and figure it out. > > Support was frustrating. Not helpful at all. I thought it would be an upgrade from my old EHR and I had used the server as an associate, but what a mistake. Plus they do not make migration easy. Not friendly at all. Would not recommend. The online booking could be a little better since my patients complain of always logging in via email and password. Even with that, people will find a hard time booking. Another thing is the appointment reminders. Yes, its highly effective and easy to communicate with patients but I just wish they would use the same number for text messages as my office number instead of a separate number > > Highly recommend this system to all Chiros.
