> **Pros**: What I like about SalesInbox is that it gives order to the mess that is called my email inbox. Zoho SalesInbox neatly categorizes emails into Deals, Contacts, Not In CRM and Colleagues. This allows me to focus on critical deals that are about to close first and foremost without wasting time with newsletters or other notifications.

> **Cons**: For the intended use SalesInbox does what it's supposed to do. No real downside. I guess what would be nice is to have it more tightly integrated with the contact/account view so there would be less switching between tabs.
