WorkWave Route Manager is a web-based fleet management solution suitable for professionals in home delivery, logistics and transportation businesses. The solution allows businesses to plan delivery schedules for their drivers and share delivery information with them. With WorkWave Route Manager, businesses can create driver-friendly route plans and share roadmaps with their on-field team members instantly.
WorkWave Route Manager allows fleet owners to check vehicle availability and build their staff database. Route planners can upload order lists via Excel/CSV doc or manually add locations to be covered by drivers. The automated route planner generates the best route based on the number of pickup/drop locations required to be covered by their drivers. The drag-and-drop interface helps in adjusting plans if necessary, approving plans and executing instructions in just a few clicks. Drivers can receive updated route plans and related instructions directly on their Android and iOS compatible smartphones.
WorkWave Route Manager provides real-time notifications and alerts the manager when a driver arrives or departs from a stop. The GPS map integration helps managers to track the location of their fleets and sends instant alerts when a driver deviates from their assigned route. The solution also offers tools to monitor & analyze drivers’ performance. Managers can configure key performance indicators based on factors such as idle time, fuel consumption, delivery time and more, for their business then evaluate actual performance against the set indicators.

Pros
Having the ability to track and add to my daily routes real time is an asset to our operation. Also being able to track where my fleet is at all times is convenient.
Cons
Would be great to have text notifications included with basic service and not an add on service.

Amazing. When looking for a solution that I can grow with I chose WorkWave Route Manager. I am a small business but everyone I have engaged with makes me feel like I am their most important customer. And, the system works!
Pros
Eas to use! Easy to implement! Great customer card with suggested changes being implemented!
Cons
Export features need more flexibility. For instance, Export in my format, etc.

Pros
Usability is good, routing is easy to learn .
Cons
I don't like the idea of this product not functioning when it is open with other tabs in google chrome.
I have found a significant drop in performance when i have multiple tabs open and the suggestion from tech support was to open workwave in an incognito tab as opposed to a regular chrome tab . By using it like that forces me to use a different monitor. I have a 3 screen display and making one exclusively for work wave is problematic . When i asked the tech support agent about this and will this issue be corrected in the future , his reply was no . Based on that response i have gone to my ownership and suggested we shop for a better ,more suitable, alternative.

The ease of building a route and manipulating the data to best fit your needs.
Cons
Some features that are not flexible for our specific services.

WorkWave works well for my one truck operation, I didn't need anything built for large orgs, or the price that came with them, so WW is a good option.
Pros
I can import my addresses, verify them then push a single button and the route is ready to go. Since my routes change month to month, I can't use some of the saved route features, but it's smooth to upload.
Cons
There is no left hand turn preferred option to make an even more efficient route.
