The responsiveness of the help desk function by email. > > **Cons**: The limitations of some of the reporting features and lack of ability to customise reports or have PowerBI reports created is frustrating. The LEAP community and having to get 'upvotes' in order for a logical feature or issue to be resolved is also not ideal. The cost of LEAP has grown sharply over the last 5 years. The cost of some of the integrated 'partner' software in the LEAP marketplace, while obviously creating great synergy and the 'one stop shop' view, uses third party integrations which are costly with little other option (for example DocuSign which is now at $7-ish per envelope when there are other options on the market for less than half of that per document). Definitely a premium product which you really have to have on turbo to maximise the value of the program rather than focusing on the cost - if that is possible. Not being able to call a help desk when there is an urgent or difficult to explain tech issue - only accessible by email - is a drawback. > > I value the professional relationships we have with the LEAP team.
