Their product is a great choice for a company with a remote workforce that wants to establish a more personal connection/atmosphere with and among their employees. Comes with standard voice/video and text chat, plus handy features to know when someone is active, idle, or unavailable, etc. Each person can customize their workspace, so it feels a little more personal.
