You can have multiple users that can view and modify (you can set up permissions for that) your work while you are working on it. Very easy to use. You can save your files offline too Tried the iOS application , it works like a charm, no bugs at all. Exporting a Quip spreadsheets to Excel will export all the information over but leaves you with a lot of manual formatting and editing and becomes unreliable when needing to export something on the fly.
