I quite liked it.
It is very easy to start a conference. It also has a waiting room for participants who can tell that they are already inside so that the organizer can start the conference.
Meeting scheduling is very useful, and easily integrates with calendars like Outlook.

Pros

It is very easy to use. It allows a large capacity of participants and allows sessions to be recorded.
Something that makes it a very good option is that it allows you to enter the sections even by dialing a number without the need for software (although it would only be audio).
The integration that it has with other Christ solutions and that allows adding a great variety of video conferencing devices makes it a very flexible application.

Cons

Price may be one of its downsides. Comparing it to others like Zoom, the price may go up a bit. However, for a medium to large company, buying by volume can compensate for this situation.

Cisco Webex is more flexible. Zoom doesn't allow us all the flexibility that we have. And buying in volume for all members of the organization helped us lower costs, which made us decide on Webex.

Zoom & GMeet are tough competitions

Pros

The platform is very professional and great for webinars with a big audience.

Cons

Why should I go for Webex? I seriously couldn't find a reason. There are no major flaws but when I compared it with Gmeet & Zoom those 2 are just better.

We're using Webex to do tech meetings with US partners, and to manage remote meetings of local institutions.

Pros

It stands among the most feature-packed conferencing apps, and comes with dedicated hardware, powerful and extensive means provided to connect users to a conference

Cons

Even with lots of free bandwidth (both in the organization and in the remote connections) the audio can do 1-2 seconds lags, or the audio can just be bad for a few partecipants even if they have good audio and bandwidth, I suppose it's a server side issue. Can be resource hungry when there are >20 partecipants with video. The image quality using the Cisco room kit is underwhelming for its cost.

Webex was deployed in kur organization as communication product to help us improve our communication experience. I can see that it has met and exceeded our expectations by giving us a very safe, easy to use but very effective communication platform for both internal and external communication needs.

Pros

Webex works well on almost any device and as long as you have an internet connection, it allows you to join or host meetings from anywhere at anytime. The visuals and audio have super clarity and this makes it possible for everyone not to miss even abit during meetings. To make it even more desirable, it has a background noise removal and speech enhancement features to filter out any background distractions. Webex had very simple to use communication features that are readily accessible by everyone making it a suitable communication platform for everyone. It has outstanding privacy features which gives one the assurance of risk-free even when having confidential communications. The data security features are also very effective and by giving the meeting admin full access control over the room, it makes it possible to have very organized and productive meetings.

Cons

I can't seem to find anything, whether features or usability, that i like least about Webex.
