I also like the fact that you can setup a test database of your own system to test various scenarios before implementing. Support staff is very helpful. Understanding how the software works makes it easier, but because each customer can customize everything so much, you really need to know how it works. I was not involved in the original setup, but I have setup a couple of modules and was successful.
