I like that I can set up text and/or email alerts/reminders for upcoming scheduled shifts. I also receive alerts for open shifts that have just become available. Signing up for vacation days, compensatory time off, sick time for medical reasons, open shifts, and overtime is a breeze. Being able to view the entire month's schedule for myself, and/or everyone at my agency is very convenient. I also love that the system sends me a text notification 24 hours before my next shift. Also, being a systems administrator for scheduling, it would be great if their mobile app allowed me to access my full teams schedule so I can use the app to give employees time off and then send out a shift alert for coverage, instead of having to go onto the web to do.
