On the product itself, it has been design to recruit and it does just so. > > **Cons**: Some things are missing like really customizable analytics and filtered export of opportunities. The product is still being developed but as of today it still needs extra development to meet all our needs. ----- ### "Great ATS for the value and does it's job with reporting/sourcing and candidate management" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *August 2, 2023* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: I think the ease of use is great with Lever, able to have hiring manager review / move candidates along while using the reporting aspect of it to showcase your work. Also the integration part is great as it can integrate with various platform like Hired.com, HireEZ, and of course GEM for sourcing. > > **Cons**: Not much except there's too much updates or info coming from Lever. I wish they could lower their noise with updates and notification. ----- ### "Good for smaller companies, but not advancing with the times" — 3.0/5 > **Sarah** | *July 8, 2025* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Pros**: Lever was a great introductory ATS for our company when we we smaller and growing, especially with a limited recruiting team. > > **Cons**: Lever's functionality feels more limited than their competitors at this point. Compared to other ATS tools we're evaluating, the AI functionality is more limited, the native signature feature requires additional spend on DocuSign, and the integration with Rippling as an HRIS hasn't advanced over the years. ----- ### "Enjoyed Using" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *April 26, 2023* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: I really enjoyed user Lever. It has tons of features for DE\&I. Our managers loved using it as well and it really streamlined our recruiting efforts. Scheduling through the Office integration was also great. > > **Cons**: Compared to others, Lever was pricey but we felt it was worth it. The software runs very smoothly, never had an issues, and was very easy to use. Top of our budget but we got what we paid for in my opinion. > > Very positive. Implementation was very easy and the support team was great. ----- ### "Lever is a great efficiency ATS for small-mid sized companies" — 4.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *January 21, 2020* | Financial Services Software | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: Very user friendly and features are thought through from the tactical recruiting side. I love easy book links, automated offer letter templates that actually work well, strong email template capabilities with email delay features, integration with slack. > > **Cons**: Few glitches with offer letters / integration with background check and HRIS system. I had to figure out some rules myself that weren't documented. Their support team is very fast and friendly though. The built in support articles are also very comprehensive. > > I realized improved efficiency from day 1 with a high volume of candidates scheduled on our books for the same amount of effort. ----- Page: 1 / 27\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.ca/software/103413/lever?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.ca/software/103413/lever) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Structured Data
