As Zoho customers, we use Zoho Social to manage some of our social media accounts. It has the basic necessities like post scheduling and content management.
Pros
Zoho Social is a good platform to use if you are already a Zoho customer as it integrates well with their other applications.
Cons
I find that that the UI and layout is subpar to its main competitors like Hootsuite and Later. Also, we had difficulties in the past with posting videos and formatting captions.

We have been using socials for the past 2 months and i say it performed beyond my doubt.
Cons
so far right now, we can't add audio to images while uploading direct to social media

Zoho Social provides powerful features for tracking and reporting but could benefit from more filtering options and bug fixes for smoother functionality.
Pros
I liked the robust and detailed reporting, better customization options, and interactive features, especially the clear dashboard showing full-picture tracking numbers.
Cons
I would have liked to see the ability to filter reports by posts or hashtags, and I hope integration with Bluesky is coming down the road. I also had issues with exporting reports in the correct timezone, and Instagram stats not exporting at all.
