I used it to track time for my employees this summer but it wasn't smooth or easy to use for my employees or myself, at least not worth the amount we paid. I failed to cancel when we closed down for the season, and was charged for a full month that I did not use. I requested a refund a week after the charge went through, but they were not willing to refund the amount. I think this also shows bad faith on the part of the company.
