WhosOffice is customizable to suit how you work. Set shifts and Rotas and plan all your workers easily and quickly.Distribute your shifts or Rotas or let your staff log-in to see when they are working.
Even if you don't run shifts but have part- timers, or office workers who work occassional weekend days etc, WhosOffice can help.

Set staff holiday years individually, manage different pots of leave, set different levels of entitlement and restrictions. > **Pros**: It is super easy to use, very simple to setup and configure after adding all the users. Then you add some schedules, some allowances ofr pools of days. and just go from there. The system keeps track of everything, and our holiday request have never been easier to manage. Everyone in the company can see the overview, and gets to manage their own vacations, pending approval of cause from managers. Very easy to use for everyone. I would recommend this to any one.

> **Pros**: We used Whos off before and had to move away as didn't have a Remote allowance that we needed when returning to the office in september 21 but that didn't work well so pleased that WO has this new option - always seen as a simple and easy to use system.

> **Cons**: I think it would be good to have a little more flexibility around the Remote working allowance - at the moment this can only refresh on 1st of each month and we have a balance of 8 days per month - the way the system is set up means people cannot book until 1st of the month and if that is a working day makes it a little tricky

> Support and help from Will has been excellent - he is very patient and the emails and phone support has been superb.
