> We use Informatica for numerous data tasks such as retrieving files from SFTP, and importing and exporting data to and from Salesforce.  We also use it to transform data.  Most of these tasks are automated and run on a schedule.  It's a very useful set of tools.

We use several different ERP systems and bringing all that data into one central location is make easier with Informatica. Being able to map different data sets is one of my favorite features.

> **Cons**: A little harder to setup than other products but worth the effort. A little on the expensive side, Informatica costs a little more than other solutions but offers many features that aren't offered by competing products.
