I like pulling up my employee records, checking pay stubs, or changing tax information either on my work browser or my cellphone. ADP offers some pretty neat benefits and discounts to ticketed services or entertainment including Disney, Universal, cell phone providers, tax programs, etc. Signing up for benefits one year makes it easier for following years as your elections remain saved for easy review. > > **Cons**: The portal is rather bland and it can take a while to peruse the menus and find what you're looking for. As a small business, this takes a lot off my plate. I don't have to set reminders for enrollments since they reach out to the employee(s) directly. The same goes for our 401K program. > > **Cons**: Our main gripe is the health insurance options. There are limited carriers and plans to choose from and, unfortunately, healthcare rates continue to soar. We're a 12 person company who pays 100% for our staff premiums. That comes out to roughly $9,500 per month for health insurance - and that doesn't include the GAP insurance we pay separately for our employees since the deductible is $5K per person\! We originally joined the PEO hoping that being lumped into a larger pool of workers, we'd receive better health insurance and better rates\! That is not the case.
