This product has a steep learning curve for those who are not familiar with Adobe family. Onboarding tends to take a bit of time, but once learned team members will adapt quickly.

Adobe Workfront offers an extensive range of features such as project management, task management, resource management, time tracking and collaboration in one single integrated repository.

For over six years now, I have never experienced any drawback which lasted for more than two hours unattended.

Because Workfront is easy to use and eliminates unnecessary procedures, it's a terrific tool for designers. Document management is a really helpful tool for designers in this situation.

Integrations are great, and the calendar capability was really helpful for us in communicating externally what our team was working on.

I also get frustrated sometimes with the way that comments and updates can get "trapped" at a task level and you can end up having to click around for a while to find a conversation.

Adobe Workfront is a relatively simply platform to roll out, being able to customise request forms and personalise back-end view of incoming projects. It's easy to find and leave updates, attach docs, and communicate with other Workfront users involved on the project.

Workfront can be somewhat laborious - difficult to create personalised reports and overviews, and notifications can be easily lost. More personalisation options, including for planned hours and blocking out calendar dates, would go a long way to making this THE project management platform to use.

The app is very easy to use. No ads in your face just smooth sailing from start to finish

I am able to use this application to help to support my teams workflow and output on a daily or weekly basis. The support team has knowledgeable experts on hand if you have any issues with it.

It seems to always need to be updated and sometimes the UI interface can merge projects and papers together to make things look complete when they aren't.

It Has helpful proofing system, numerous integrations and super reporting capabilities, which allows users to work with ease.

Learning how it works can take a bit of time and can be bit confusing on how to perform some of the actions on the software.

Very nicely developed software that is genuinely helpful, albeit essential, in all manner of business tasks. It is easy to use and glitch-free.
