> **Pros**: MyCase is easy to use. The basic functions are intuitive and a new user can navigate the program without much instruction. As a user becomes more advanced, MyCase offers training and tutorials, and has a plethora of add-ons available, allowing a user to really customize the program to their needs. For me, the most valued features are the ability to accept online payments, the communication and notes features, the time tracking and billing features, and the leads tracking.

> **Cons**: The email integration is not seamless. I wish that there was a way for emails send to/from a connected email to automatically synch with any client who has a matching registered email address.&#10;Additionally, my rate has consistently gone up; I don't use a lot of the add-on features that are the justification for the price increases.

> I rave about MyCase anytime a colleague asks my opinion. Admittedly, I do not have experience with any other practice management software, but when I was comparing my options before signing up with MyCase I was most impressed by the completeness of the product as compared to other programs; and the price was by far the most competitive.

> **Pros**: I love how its so feature rich. I especially love how I can have a folder sets template that quickly generates when opening a new matter.

> **Cons**: I don't like the new layout for the lead tasks. If you click on the task box you can't see the task name. There is also no way to click out of box once in it.  I also don't like how they took away the scrolls in the matters task box. It makes it hard for me to view the FULL task box, especially when I have a laptop and not a big monitor.

> Overall, I love mycase. There is just a couple things that I don't care for or needs improvment, I feel like with the new set up, mycase will get the feedback they need to improve the shortcomings of new layouts.

> **Pros**: Nothing-Terrible Product and absolutely horrible service. The document merger did not work. I wasted an incredable amount of time tring to fix my documents due to missing information that did not transfer to my documents

> **Cons**: The document merge fields and the customer service. I was told many times that there wa a bug in my system and Tech was working on it.
> 
> The merge documents never worked-only about half of  template codes transferred to documents. The documents never came out correct and I spend  time going through document for missing information. I stopped using it because it was easier to start my documents from scratch than looking for information the program missed.&#10;I tried to work with customer service many times. At one point a representative told me there was a problem with the system and I would get a return call on Monday. Ten days later I called again because I never received a return call. The representative that answered reviewed my file and told me that the problem was still being reviewed by the Tech department. At this point I had the product for many weeks and it never worked properly. I asked the representative to close my account and open a new account that does not have a defect. I was told this could not be done. At this point I cancelled my service and transferred to Practice Panther . With Practice Panther my merge documents work and when I call about an issue the rprsentative works with me and does not pretend that tech is working on my case.

The layout is clean, modern, and logically organized, which means less time is spent training new staff and more time is available to focus on our clients. All critical information—from documents to deadlines to client communications—is easily accessible in just a few clicks.

> **Cons**: The drag-and-drop feature for uploading documents can be a bit wonky at times. It occasionally fails to register the files being dropped or can be less responsive than expected. To be fair, I'm not certain if this is a MyCase issue or perhaps a conflict with my browser settings, but it's a small point of friction in an otherwise smooth platform.
> 
> My overall experience has been excellent. I've been using MyCase for five years, and during that time, I've seen the team consistently make valuable improvements. What stands out most is that they genuinely listen to customer feedback and have even implemented some of my past suggestions.

> **Pros**: MyCase is user friendly.  It is easy to locate information using the "Search" option, and it is easy to enter information. I like the option to bill clients with the built-in share option and that clients can make payments directly through the link in their invoice. I also like the ability to add documents so that clients can view them simply by logging in. My Case is open to suggestions and quick to provide help when needed.

> **Cons**: MyCase does not tell you provide you with any warning that they are implementing new changes or when updating the system.
> 
> Overall, my experience has been a pleasant one.  I find MyCase to be easier to navigate than our previous case management system, especially when it comes to the monthly billing.
