Their location in Cyprus scared me in terms of communication, but even with our own account representative, everything was fine. > > **Cons**: Unfortunately, when training materials are generated in Microsoft PowerPoint and submitted to TalentLMS, the software removes all animations and page transitions. For example, when I see course completions each week, I am interested in seeing what courses were completed and by whom, but it is a bit deep to get to that information. Similar with the gamification elements.
