I like that it remembers the usual client entities. Makes it easy to choose the top clients worked on.

Sometimes the system is slow, but that is usually rare.

Having project, time management, & billing in one domain is efficient. Generally tech support is excellent!

So far I have enjoyed the modifiable nature.

I am struggling to view or change forecast dollars and hours in the same window without having to refresh the page to switch from one to the other. It would be nice to have them together on the same page and update live.

The dashboard is extremely useful as it provides a snapshot of all the information important to me (e.g. performance, PTO balance etc.).

At times when using the mobile app, I am unable to see narratives for time entries. This is usually rectified by logging out and back in again however, this can be inconvenient.

BQE Core is very flexible in how you can allow employees to track their time and decide if it is billable or not.

It has many features that we do not use but I can see how other companies would appreciate the additional functions.

Good for time-sheet tracking. Both for yourself and tracking time billed to projects. Easy input with a well-working search feature and "Load Recent Activities" button. Also breaks up billable and non-billable time for you.

Our company does not use the Project Planning/Tracking App, so not comment on the usability of that.

Ability to address different bill rates across account base and properly generate invoices and cost accounting. Very good Customer Service. Simple to understand when onboarding new users.

Can experience an occasional performance issue...usually short in duration

The reports we are able to run are extremely useful to us. You can see how each project is doing super easily.

At first it was a little hard to use but only because we were used to another program. Now that we use it every day, it's become very helpful.

Ease of creating new projects with various templates & phases, option to assign fee schedules and invoicing

The platform runs slow and you have to constantly scroll. Great reporting options; however, could use improvement by allowing more customization on templates (removing fields, adding fields, etc...)

It is a tool that allows you to have a better control of the projects and times that will be charged to the clients.

They always attend to the faults that arise, but sometimes it takes a little longer than desired.

Assigning tasks and projects to team members is easy and quick.

Some fields are redundant and repetitive but it's not a huge issue.

Easy to navigate and keep up to date time entries for upper management's billing and invoicing.

No splitting of time between projects worked on simultaneously.

It is a great product that meets my needs perfectly. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Also the seminar staff was very friendly.

Searching engine seems a bit laggy and slow.

Provide a useful dashboard and time keeping functionality. Ensures that Payroll is correct and ontime.

What's not to like. As with all systems, there is a slight learning curve, however, even the least sophisticated users become proficient is a very short timeframe.

It has a good user interface and is easy to use. I like that it has an app to log time outside the office.
