My overall opinion of this company is that the concept is a good one. It allows a number of jobs for independent people to be able to fill at their will, However the proper execution has not been achieved and they don't seem to want to improve on it and work with the customers on their individual needs. Due to the lack of will from this company to acknowledge and address my concerns I will not be utilizing this service in the future I cannot support a company that does not work to serve its customers.
Pros
It is somewhat like Uber Eats to me. You enter your order and a driver selects it picks it up and delivers it. It is quick and convenient.
Cons
I would not at all recommend if you have multiple stops you want to put on the order. After so much time of the driver being at the location loading they add "wait fees" in spite of the fact that the driver has not waited it is actually counting the load time. When the drivers arrive at my location I ask them what order they are going to deliver the stops in and help them load in that order. They are in and out in the fastest way possible yet I cannot get the Accounting Dept. to stop charging me this fee. I cannot even get a response to my emails sent to Customer Service. On top of that they only gave us Net 10 terms. I asked for Net 30 terms since I have to keep asking them to remove the "wait fees", Wait for this to happen then send it to my Corporate location before they can be paid and they cant even do that. So basically there is no resolution to this problem. My biggest problem with this company is the Billing and Customer Service.

Drivers don't always get the delivery right, or they don't move on an order and will wait till 3-4 am to cancel

I like the clear communication from the customer service team, the drivers are all ways good at photos of delivery, and communicating problems.
Cons
The cost is more than competitors like Curri, however the cost difference of Dispatch makes up for your reliability, I have had problems shipping things with Curri.

We are an On-Demand business so we very much enjoy a service like Dispatch. We can pickup and delivery material within an hour or two of ordering. Along with tracking live orders, that helps us organize and work around those delivery times. Very positive experience and super reliable when issues come up, which are minimal.
Pros
The ordering process is fast and the ability to track orders live have to be what we most like about Dispatch. Knowing where the drivers are during the transit process really helps with our order fulfillment process.
Cons
We do wish Dispatch had a multi-order PICKUP step, and not just a multi-order DROP OFF step. We have multiple vendors we pickup from every morning so we currently we have to setup at least two or sometimes three separate orders.

The drivers are very friendly . When you get a regular driver they know exactly what needs to be done and customers like when they get the same driver
Cons
They are not always reliable . You cant get the same driver to deliver orders . If you submit an order after 2pm you are likely it will not be picked up .

Very quick to respond in the office and out in the field. Its quick and easy to use especially when business make a mistake we can adjust it easy. The staff is great all the time.

We business should be able to adjust the times on dispatch if we enter in a wrong time fro pickups and drops off that way your office can shift focus on other energies needed. But the staff is great at fixing these when needed ASAP.

The delivery people are so nice and accommodating. I really like that we get updates all day on the deliveries. It is helpful especially when our customers are in a rush.
Cons
Sometimes we don't get updates on when the driver is approaching our facility. But I think it's just a cliche in their system.
