Took several disorganized months/attempts to launch the app, then when it finally worked it was in USD not CAD as they indicated it would be (my practice is in Canada). [sensitive content hidden]
admitted they had not met terms of signed Agreement. I agreed to wait a few months to see if it changed and was told the [sensitive content hidden]
would have to ask the [sensitive content hidden]
for a refund if I cancelled. Cancelled 3 months later as there were no changes and emailed the [sensitive content hidden]
to proceed with refund request of initial fee and subscription payments made. No response to the first email and 2nd email bounced back so he must have blocked me. The other staff member I cc'd did not respond either.
