> **Pros**: For me, ImportYeti’s biggest and most honest strength is that it is free, and not in the hollow way that suggests important features are locked behind a paywall. That freedom removes the cost friction when you are experimenting with suppliers or scouting new opportunities, and it makes curiosity feel cheap in the best possible sense. On top of that, from my experience the support team is extremely responsive. If you just request a feature by yourself, they tend to take it very seriously and often deliver.

Another feature I genuinely enjoy is the random company search, which is a small joy but a large idea. When you do not have a company in mind, that little button (and the shortcut key) is really useful. It helps you stumble on fresh leads, sparks inspiration, and breaks the paralysis that comes from having too many choices.

> **Cons**: I wish there was a way for me to do proactive discovery. While the platform is great when you go there with a specific company in mind, I would love to see a feature that helps those who comes to explore without a clear starting point. Maybe a personalized section that curates and suggests things I should be looking at based on my past searches, goals, or my profile would be awesome.
