Makes mandatory training simple to implement and to complete

Not much. As a user, it would be nice to mute the dialogue, but I know how important that is to the trainings

User friendly UI (except the below point in Cons)

when I am on full screen mode watching video, the "Next" button is not working (Browser used: Google Chrome, Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit))

This is a web-based platform which is convenient as you can access it from anywhere. The courses are simple and easy to follow through and they are automatically marked as complete once you've run through them.

The course content can be very tedious to work through and although the content is very informative, it's presented in a very dry format making it very dull. The presenters are not the most enthusiastic when running through the information.

It was broken down into manageable segments making it easier to follow

When it was opened in full screen you kept having to exit it before moving on to the next section even though the button to move on was visable

Broke the topic into easily understandable sections.

The index is underneath the main screen - perhaps something could be included so you can keep track of where you are in the training.

Very modern and up to date training suite with high quality videos.

Real employers would never care about employees that much, this gives employees a false hope.

It was easy to follow and understand the course. The optional downloads were useful too.

I think the 37 sections could have been condensed into fewer blocks

The usability of the system is excellent (both for admin and users). The courses are succinct and clear.

We've love to be able to add our own SCORM files, so we can keep all our courses on the same platform.

With functionality to assist to select courses bespoke and relevant to our team, iHasco has assisted us provide training specfic for our team training needs and development.

So far, easy to use, bespoke to our needs, so no issues or concerns so far!

Everything about the training was very clear and concise, as well as being very thorough in the necessary information presented. The presentation was also interesting (and at times humorous and amusing), keeping the user's attention throughout.

This excellent presentation was further enhanced by the ability to review the information easily and as often as necessary to feel confident of knowing the information.

When completing the test, if an incorrect answer was identified, there was the option to exit the test and review the content again to be able to answer the question correctly next time. This process meant that key points were repeated until the user was certain of the correct answer, making if very effective training.

In addition, while it was not necessary to complete the training, additional information was provided should the user wish to investigate matters further.

I have nothing negative to note regarding the training package.

The only suggestion I would give is that the summaries and additional information be provided as a complete downloadable package for following review if necessary.

It wasn't too time-consuming. It covered the basics of the subject and the test proved whether the participant knew the subject matter or not.

No particularly negative feedback. Did wonder whether a low score should lead to more in-depth training.

Ease of use. Software is simple, straightforward to use and progresses logically.

The content of this course is really poor. It is a dreary plod through the minimum legal requirements. I feel no safer having successfully completed the course. High test scores require memorising accident statistics - a pointless exercise. Time would be better spent identifying risks and sign symbols.

Assessment of noise risk was dreadful and made no mention of the danger of exposure times at lower noise levels. The only practical comparison of noise level was of a pneumatic road breaker at 50m.

Glib description of the SDS information available belies the reality of the poor information in most SDS.

Having the extra tools/ content to use. The pdfs are good for reference

If you read the transcript you couldn't click to the next page or if you click back you had to wait to click forward again.

Feels lively training attended as nicely presented over slides and transcripts.

Scoring percentage showed on certificate which is extremely bad idea. It should be just Pass and or Fail.

Customers takes wrongly and underestimates looking into scores.

Quick to log on, thorough presentation and progression through the training on each module. clear and concise track through each topic, checks on learning throughout presentation before Test. Instant Cert.

Slow to complete, some test pages require scrolling down then up again to click ok and next question. not easy to go back. Video cannot be back tracked to hear again, it has to be started from the beginning. Extra time if you miss here 15 sec's from the end.

Easy to use and good content to raise awareness

There was nothing about this particular module that I didnt like.

- nothing else really it was very difficult to use

test answers at the end - one was marked incorrect but should have been correct
software kept glitching and had to go back to previous screen then try to go to "Next " screen again

Visuals helped understanding of subject and importance of techniques

The serial way through, cannot jump from place to place in the pages, had to go through all of them to get to the place I wanted to be when reviewing content.

The learning programmes are easy to learn from.
The actors are easy to listen to and explain details clear and precise.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like

It's easy to use, it allows people to do the training at a time that works for them.

I was impressed with the extensive language menu, when I got bored with the English version I switched to Dutch and discovered:
1. I had to start from scratch:(
2. Much of the Dutch translation is absolute gibberish. (really, it's absolutely fine to only offer this product in English.. but don't pretend to offer a product that is multilingual when it's just a poor machine translation.)
