I am an user since over 4 years, but it rarely use a benefit, I didn´t know what the offer of benefits is, I know it is accessible if I enter to the website, but maybe it will be helpful is a catalog is sent from time to time to be aware of the benefits.

I think they may send a catalog of the current benefits and maybe promotions/discounts when apply. it will be helpful.

I like the simple and friendly user interface. I was impressed for the quick reply when I needed support.
Cons
It would be nice to have an email every once in a while to know when the benefits have changed.The email for support [email protected] apparently is not working, but once I had the correct email I got a reply straight away in no time.
