As an active user of Moment (Milient's product) I find it extremely user friendly. A lot of it is very intuitive. I absolutely love that I am able to create reports that allow me to work more effectively daily. I get not only to invoice our customers effectively but also to follow up on payment status, etc. They also offer webinars and courses, which means that the users learning curve keeps increasing. Last but not the least, their willingness to constant improve as well as their fantastic customer support is our of this world! I really could not imagine using any other tool.

To be honest, I am struggling to find what I like the least about Moment but maybe a channel where we could suggest changes and easier follow-up on the status. I still do a lot of manual work for the employees' extra worked hours. I would also like us to be able to limit absence such as "holidays" where an employee could not register more than X amount of days.

It's easy to use and it's online and it has a app where you can take images of reciets

Milient's suite of tools for managing projects and checking their quality is fantastic. I'm able to maintain better tabs on my tasks and resources because to this tool.

More regular updates and new features are something I'd appreciate. The SaaS platform's foundational features are strong, but the company could show it is serious about keeping up with the times and satisfying client expectations by adding new ones on a regular basis.

You can do better with the user interface. There are a lot of unnecessary hoops to jump through, and you can tell that items have been gradually layered on top of one another rather than built from the ground up.

The software is user friendly with an intuitive interface which makes navigation so easy. it enables us to streamline our sales projects from offers to invoicing, by gathering all project functions in the same system , it gives us an over view of the flow of the the projects most times hence giving us the capacity to go forward allowing us to spend less time on administrativ tasks and instead put focus on our clients and deliveries

some times this software is very sluggish when trying to enter data and responds slowly to commands which slows down our services at times

easy to use. Heps me keep track of hours spent on each project and task in a workday juggeling several projects

i think our company could get even more out of milient when it comes to task managment. but we havnt had the right introduction

Easy to make projects and follow along with how many ours used and have left. Also great to be able to make a plan with how many hours on each project

That it suggests I work from 08.30-16 as a default

The simplicity, gives a good overview. Our organization has a decent level of knowledge in the system and we can lead and control our business based on Milltime

Lacks a way to be able to put in our budget beyond planning. Cost follow-up and planned costs are difficult to manage in projects

Easy to use. Good oversight. Easy to ensure that youve assigned the correct amount of hours to each project.

Very complex. If other people dont limit your access to their projects, it is easy to loose oversight since their projects will appear in your list as well.

Easy timetracking, invoicing and project follow-ups. Simple to customise several reports. Appreciated both by users and administrator.

The project planning dosen't comply to the way we would like to plan our projects.

Easy to use the tracking part of the system with excellent integrations to Payroll and ERP.

In some cases the UI is not up to date and would need some upgrades.

User Interface of Milient is very modern, fast and secure. Tool is very user friendly and easy to navigate that gives me top notch experience. Easily we can manage multiple projects at the same time using this wonderful tool. We can do resource planning, QA, tasks scheduling and tracking also invoicing using this same time. It gives us great ROI.

At this moment, I'm not facing any issue. Sometimes dashboard data take time to update the new information.

Software is easy to use, intuitiv, save a lot of time.

I can not find anything what i don't like.

For me as a novice in this type of work it is very intuitive and easy to use.

I don't have any cons as of yet, I will contunue to work with the program but so far everything is great for me. I'm learning as I go.

The Project Management UI have diversity in functionality and can be customized as per the requirements. Time tracking is also a great tool to manage your employees time on the project.

Customer support can be better moving forward.

Milient has been awesome features and billing process so good service work to by mail and chat also.

i have not a very circtial issue of the dislike all about of the goods.
