IDX Broker fills this need seamlessly, from the quality of their IDX feed and customer support to providing an ability to customize and match the look and feel of IDX pages flawlessly with the rest of my site. > > **Cons**: IDX Broker's product and service are excellent. My one plea to them is this: if you allow us users to modify the display of IDX data in a manner that best serves our site visitors, please inform us when you or your MLS customers change field names or other code, as this impacts us immediately without our knowledge. > > I've been using IDX Broker since 2012 to provide my website with data from two Multiple Listing Services. To those who question whether serving IDX pages on a subdomain is bad for your site I would say this: First, if the IDX pages are styled correctly, the user experience and user interface are indistinguishable from those on any other page. Second, the impact on SEO is non-existent. A good number of my IDX pages were in the top ten of Google's search engine results pages, and having thousands of indexed pages thanks to the IDX Broker (hidden) subdomain certainly didn't hurt. I would add this note to real estate agents: If you enjoy working with CSS, you'll love the possibilities IDX Broker offers.
