Great for more than just DVI

I used this for a recon shop, with little to no outside customers. But what made it perfect for me was the ability to share my dashboard with my sales department. They could track what new inventory was coming and when it would be ready. I also used the DVI to help the sales team sell the vehicle by showing the customer what was inspected, what was repaired, etc.
Pros
The ability to make tabs for all the steps in the process
Cons
The only downside I had was that it wasn't integrated into my shop management/billing program

Pros
My favorite function is being able to send customers real time updates with the click of a button via text message. I also really like the ability to upload pictures and videos to each recommended item.
Cons
I have not utilized the Work Order section of Autoflow because I feel it does not integrate well with our main DMS, TekMetric. Admittedly, I have not spent much time working through it because it is not our primary method, but I've been satisfied enough with the DVI portion, which is the main feature we utilize.

Bad ass program

We are solving a sales problem by utilizing the program for what it was intended for.
Pros
Digital inspection! We were using paper inspections prior to autotextme. We train our staff that this program is a sales tool, marketing tool,and a protection tool. If you utilize it correctly,and consistently it will increase your buisness!
Cons
Inyergration was not difficult. Our POS,and autotextme worked great together,and gave us plently of traing,and support. If a blank DVI could be implemented would be great,so we can track lost opoourtunities.

Cons
I would like to see workflow set up be more seamless, and more automated if possible. The flow from beginning to end sometimes gets jumbled based on the WO, QC, and DVI getting completed. Doesn’t seem like there’s a perfect set-up option.

Pros
We were able to set up a dashboard based on status in Autotext.me that have proven very helpful for us in managing our shop workflows.
Cons
The overall expense of using this system is very high, in my opinion. They make us purchase a new subscription for every new shop we open, and it all adds up. We are looking to switch because it's simply gotten too expensive.

Great product with tremendous potential

Started using Autotext.me after having the need for sending text messages to my clients and keeping them in the loop with their repair process. We came from using one of the larger companies (I will not name) and we had consistent issues with the product. Right away after using Autotext.me for a week, I knew that we finally found a stable and working product.
Chris and Darryl are top notch professionals, and we get the personal attention that we did not get with the company we were using previously. The Autotext.me product does everything that we need it to do, and it does it well. Stable, no connectivity issues, and we love it!
