Would not hesitate to recommend Navigator DMS.The information and responsiveness at initial enquiry and fact find stage was excellent and perfectly paced.Installation team thereafter were organised and extremely knowledgeable.Ongoing support has been good also and encouraging to see the ongoing developments and improvements constantly being rolled out.All in all very much feels a genuine partnership and looking forward to a long term mutually beneficial relationship.
Pros
Accounting function looks excellent as we get to grips with it along with general ease of use.
Cons
Overall very happy with system and working through a few non-vital things with the team - confident they will be sorted / worked round due to experience Navigator have and genuine interest they have in providing satisfactory outcome.

Navigator is difficult if anything goes wrong as it's hard to un-do mistakes
Pros
Easy to read screens and easy to read reports
Cons
System assumes nothing ever goes wrong and you can't transfer between accounts

Not great at solving problems

DMS Navigator

DMS Navigator is great value for money. It helped us slim our admin costs significantly.
Pros
We have been using DMS Navigator since 2014.Its a great complete system. Sales prospecting, vehicle invoicing, service job cards and service invoicing, parts stock, accounting and marketing all in one system. Only having to look at one system makes life so much easier.
Cons
Updates are free which is great, but when things aren't thoroughly checked before going live and we have issues is very frustrating!

Both [SENSITIVE CONTENT]l were excellent at holding our hands throughout the whole time of the implementation. Daniel's knowledge on the system is second to none and if by any chance there was a question he could n't answer he always found out. We feel a little lost not having contact with them now.
Pros
The integrated accounts system is excellent. The workshop/invoicing is very good
Cons
Not having quotations available within Workshop. Parts system is very rigid there is no availability to allow say one part that you will never use again to be created without having to go through every step and again same when preparing a quotation

A DMS that is easy to use

Since we have changed to Navigator my job has become a lot easier and all my staff find it easy to use
Pros
The software is easy to use and understand. It has made my job a Service Manager a lot easier than using our old DMS
Cons
You can't kid the system. It is very much a matter of fact
