When I joined two years ago I found a bit confusing the system, but apart from that all is good.

the focus on community and connection with others

Limited options for my location and as I do not travel so haven't been able to use it in other locations

I started using Othership when it was still called ‘WeCoffee’ before the pandemic. As a freelancer, my work took me all over London and I had had enough of trying to work in noisy cafes.

Since then, it has grown into a dynamic and friendly community making it easy to network on a professional and social basis. It gets lonely being a solopreneur, and Othership solved that problem for me.

I can work in peace in a silent booth if I’m in town, or choose to co-work with others. Great freedom and flexibility.

It’s still a little London Centric, but I’m impressive at how quickly and easily it has expanded to other cities and even towns in the UK (and Mexico…)

I love the sense of community around the tool itself. As well as the tool. Its very very lonely being a small team company and working from home. With othership it feels like my time is super charged with the community without be just about work but apporaching as a human.

No cons for me just continual improving as a tool.

Networking.
Getting to meet peole of different races accross the world is a thing of beauty.

Honestly, there's nothing i dont like about othership though i just have a suggestion, can we make the online meetupa like 2x a month?

The ease of scheduling an online event and easy integration with my Google Calendar.

So far, I've been 100% satisfied with all it's services.

Ease of setup and help guides to self-service.

Had to book a demo to speak to a sales agent.

Easy to use, great support and community

Very helpful and informative Slack community and online platform for booking hotdesks and meeting rooms for early stage startups.

Nothing I really dislike, but more afternoon networking events would be great for m3.

I received a warm welcome when I joined and already met lots of wonderful people virtually and at some of the in-person events. Othership is at a crossroads of multiple communities so you can easily meet new people and some you already know form other corners of the internet.

Quite a few features and benefits, some of which I don't really need.

I love that I can see where other community members are working for the day. It makes being an independent consultant less lonely when I know where I can co-work with friends!

I wish all of my clients were in the software!

The ux is very intuitive and the opportunities provided by Othership for networking are so valuable.

Occasionally I've had issues signing in from my phone.

I like the ability to be able to plan where i am going to be and to know with certainty you have a desk/room when you want it.

No real downsides I can find, room availability outside major conurbations is not so great but thats probably because there arent facilities there.

So easy to book a meeting room and very good sessions such as the investment pitch

I’m looking forward to them growing into my places in Manchester

Ease of chatting to new people, a chance to broaden my social network

The endless notifications, but this could be solved by being less social ;)

Ease of use when discovering the product and support from the team

It's hard to find the words that would be justified

Great network of like-minded people, engaged team and high-quality spaces

Would like some more events! There are also some UX points on the website that confused me at times

I love that Othership offers online and offline connection opportunities and a variety of plans to suit every preference and budget. I look forward to more coworking spaces becoming available in my area and hopefully events rolled out across the country.

the price is quite expensive for what you get, although discounted it still requires additional payments for every space no events in my area

It is easy to use,well supported, has useful integrations and user feedback is taken seriously

Maybe a slightly faster roll out of new versions

Really enjoy using this software to find new an interesting places to work. Use it often when I travel into London and need somewhere to use as a base. Also really like their Slack community and have met some interesting people through it

Nothing really that I find frustrating about the software, but i can sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed when looking for spaces

The website is very easy to use, the map is an incredible feature which works very well. The Slack community is also a really amazing perk to get with your membership, it allows small businesses to create connections in a meaningful way.

I believe that being able to sort spaces by price range would be a great feature

Flexibility, range of locations, the community

Sometimes the Wifi at the locations aren't great and sometimes the location isn't trained well enough to know what Othership is. However, the management of the venue usually fix it
