I'm still "technologically challenged" and even worse in those days. I hesitated to bring a recruiting software into my company. I'm so glad that my employees insisted. RESUMate was substantially less expensive than its competitors; easier to use and to update; and I was amazed at the personal service my company got from the owner and staff--and still do. I highly recommend. Great for finding candidates, updating clients and cloning job orders. So many possibilities that we still haven't explored. We like it for it's simplicity and being able to customize it to our specific industry which is Sales and Marketing in the Medical Device industry. We have been running on the cloud the entire time with no issues at all. The customer service is fantastic along with regular training sessions for new recruiters. This is a very cost effective ATS system with yearly upgrades priced accordingly.
