Prism has been easy to work with during implementation and in daily tech support. They are great about working with our company to gather the data needed to monitor our business from every aspect. Prism Visual Software is an extension of the Expert Die team.

Pros

Prism met most of the goals wanted for new accounting and delivery software. The software is customizable to my industry. Extensive amount of data gathered. The mobile delivery apps, accounting system integration, workflow tracking, and inventory system have exceeded expectations.

Cons

There is a lot of data being gathered. Not always easy to retrieve that data in a form for functional use.

Do NOT sign up with this company! One of the worst business experiences that our company has ever dealt with in the 36 years we have in business. Customer service is non-existent, when you need something fixed it always comes with a cost...even when it is a coding or software issue. Their culture focuses on blaming customers for problems rather than coaching and supporting their clients through issues. If you care considering their services, I highly recommend that you keep looking for another provider.

Pros

Overall routing and service software was useful, but it is written in old code...so web access was very difficult

Company culture is terrible, they often blame the customer when there are issues
