The main thing that I like about it is that the work emails obtained from this company have a read receipt functionality, this way every time I send an email to a recipient, I will be notified immediately when that person opens that email, this is a very important function because I can know exactly if the person has received the sent email. Another thing I like about this email company is that it offers us an excellent application for mobile devices, I have my inbox open on my cell phone, and I receive immediate notifications when I have received new email in my inbox, the inbox is constantly updated to display all received messages. Finally, I also love the signature functionality that I can incorporate into all of my email, in the settings section, I can assign a signature for my inbox so I can use that signature every time I send an email. > > **Cons**: I haven't complaints about this email and business services as all shelves use it as their primary inbox for their work email, we have connected this to our domain from our webiste, and all of our employees can receive emails at the inbox withouy any problem. Would you mind having your IT department complete the following steps so that my email provider can approve and send your messages to me? thx\! All communication with Titan was like, yeah, it's their problem, not ours....very important emails are simply not delivered (and no rejection to sender either), resulting in thousands of euros of lost income\! I am switching to Google. The iphone app is a joke. Every message I receive is in one long line, I have to literally scroll 5meters to the right to be able to read the entire text. It's impossible to know what message is the most recent in a conversations. Or sometimes, emails are white font on white background - wow that's really useful\! I find myself constantly forwarding messages to other email addresses to read them, I mean come on...my favorite is how today, the webmail app just doesn't work. Blank screen in Chrome.
