> **Pros**: As a practice manager, I love the color coding option for scheduling purposes. It makes it clear to decipher between appointment types. Since I am constantly switches between providers in my daily tasks, I needed an EHR system that would be fast yet simple and easy to use. I also love that MBP is constantly coming out with new features and welcomes suggestions to make our jobs easier. With each new update, it gets better and better\!

> **Cons**: If a client is seeing two different providers and they are not tech savvy, they often get confused when they receive a link to sign up for the portal to connect the second provider even though they just need to log in to access both providers under their main account.
