Easiest employees recognition and email functionality to individual email adresses.It has multiple options for ecards which our employees claimed.

Some times the portal processes the the gift card but it gets stuck during processing and amount is deducted but no giftcard is sent on email.

Sharing my processes and procedures with my co-workers is now so quick and easy. I use to spend too time time creating SOP's and training, that I would get behind on my job duties. Now with Tango, while it's being presented to my co-workers I still able to do my actual job duties without falling behind.

No complaints thus far, I love using it.

The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Not-so-transparent FX fees and brand approvals are hard and slow to receive.

I've received rewards from different apps and games or for doing reviews using tango cards they work like a dream and never give me any issues.

Umm I can't think of anything because I've never had any sort of problems redeeming from tango!

I use it to receive gift cards that I can convert into vouchers on e-commerce sites, prepaid cards for various banking services. I can also issue cards from other operators.

The issued cards cannot be reloadable, however they can be physical or virtual.

I really liked using Tango. I no longer use it but would if I didn't switch to loom

I do not have anything that I did not like about Tango

Able to quickly send rewards, either through bulk spreadsheet order or a few one off gift cards, total process takes around 5 mins. Easily able to resend gift cards to donors with tech issues, which is 90% of our 'customers'.

Some of the features are in a strange place to me, having the option to edit reward templates in the top right where user settings etc typically go is a strange choice to me. It doesn't really impact how I use the software though.

Tango saves our business tons of hours by providing our users with digital cards. Redemption is fast and easy to understand. It's much better than other competitors. I can't recommend it enough.

It came to our attention that some users are complaining about the physical card fee. It charges $3 for it. I wish Tango would waive this fee. This is my only complaint so far.

I love Tango because it has a wide range of features such as video calls, group chats, and games, making it an all-in-one communication app

it can be a bit glitchy at times, causing calls and messages to fail

We love Tango as it easily allows us to reward and recognize success here at our Call Center. It also gives the employee the option of selecting from various venders which can truly impact someones life immediately.

There could be more localized vendors per location but understandable that there is not.

It was easy to set up and configure. It runs very well. They have a great selection of cards. Everything works.

The only thing I think could be improved are organizing the email templates when you are selecting them in Salesforce and am additional permission set for a quasi admin to be able to set up new templates. Both of these are easy to work around.

What I really enjoy about this this software is that it gives you the opportunity to reward those who find you joy digitally. Due to COVID19 we have been practicing social distancing and don’t have any touch contact with anybody . E- gift cards is really the way to go .

what i dislike sometimes about this software is that it has the tendency to not even be able to work or just not be redeemed-able

It is so easy to use and very convenient for users to redeem the gift cards with more flexibility to redeem it wherever they want (since there are so many options for them to choose from). It is so easy for us to send the gift cards and keep track of our money in an effective and simple way.

I wish we could text participants the link to redeem the Tango GC. It would help in cases where someone does not have an email address. I wish we could purchase physical gift cards in bulk that people could activate on their own (if they are not technologically savvy.

The E-Gift Card Rewards and Incentives by Tango Card is the best service for organizations and their clients to move on digital rewards and shopping. It helps me to get and spend my rewards and incentives on the internet.

with E-Gift Card Rewards and Incentives you cannot get any reward as cash and some best market places are available where you can spend the amount.

How easy and smooth the process was. This was the first time using this type of software.

Confusing at first since I've never downloaded before

The ease of use. I really liked how I could quickly encash my rewards into a Mastercard. This card works at all online shopping platforms like Amazon, AliExpress. Now I can actually buy items off my wishlist with my rewards. I am really happy with Tango :)
