Incredibly resource for small business

It has been wonderful. From introduction to implementation. The results have been positive and we appreciate the help.

Pros

Easy to use and the platform is self explanatory.

Cons

Lack of transparency of customer's responses. The group has been kind enough to send us emails and information for all individuals supporting us through gift cards so we can send individual thank you notes. We think that this should become part of your platform. It allows for gratitude and reaching out to customers.

Pros

As a business owner myself, I love being able to support local businesses on Fanbank and I especially love that I get rewards for doing so!

Cons

I wish there were more businesses participating in my area.

Great Customer Outreach

I have so far been very pleased working with Fanbank the product is dynamic and robust allowing my restaurant to reach a greater customer based. They deliver what they promise!

Pros

- The use of social media platforms to directly target potential customers.
- The seamless integration with other softwares we are currently using in the resturant
- The ability to partner with larger companies customers value like Nike or Uber

Cons

- Client side dashboard can sometimes be hard to navigate for the non tech savvy.
