There is no other option for collision center management or production.

Pros

From a production standpoint, this software addresses any internal roadblocks that a typical facility would run into. The ease of use and constant availability to training and education is unheard of in the industry. What would typically take an hour (or more) to run through shop capacity, availability, production and more can be reviewed and understood in less than 10 minutes, for a typical shop. The customer service and technical support is always supportive and willing to listen to suggestions and implement them into the software.

Cons

There is a large learning curve, because the software does do and address so many things. Not necessarily a negative, but it does take a new user quite a while to get a solid grasp on ALL that the ROME software has to offer. I want to comment that this would never deter me from suggesting the software of implementing it into another shop.

Rome Is the Best software for DMS integration

Although setup is timely and the learning curve is tough, once you learn how to properly use the software, you will not want to run your shop without it.

Pros

Full integration with Dealership Management software. It provides everything you need to properly manage and oversee the entire shop. Rome provides a level a accountability for our shop that we could not have without it.

Cons

Rome has so much built in to it, that it takes about 90 days before you get completely comfortable with it.

I need a software to integrate with my DMS, hold employees accountable and be able to manage production. Rome was the best option for me.

I feel the system has helped us with organization and record keeping of files as well as production.

Pros

transfers all tickets to our CDK system seamlessly and stores all Ro's electronically

Cons

some areas could be improved, for sorting the information and separation of certain tickets in the system, but overall a great system.

Rome helps with production,CSI, billing great for noted files for future reference. Their tech team is unbelievable !!!!!!!

I love everything about Rome the ease of the system is awesome I really can't say enough about it.

There are no cons that I have with it. It works so well there are no issue.
