> **Pros**: I like the ease of use of the software and mostly the multi-channel deployment; we do a lot of outbound communications through Intercom, and I like that surveys can be embedded directly in chat windows or series. It makes it easier for users to respond.

> **Cons**: The navigation of all the surveys could be improved. Multiple teams across our company use NativeForms, and there are a lot of them now. Better organization of the forms in folders would be useful on the admin side.
> 
> Great experience overall and good value for the price.
