StreamSweet have been incredibly helpful and engaged in the whole process. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] particularly is extremely helpful and responsive.

Pros

StreamSweet is intuitive to use and consistent across all the functions of the website. All the forms are similar meaning that it is easy to achieve a professional looking site even if a variety of administrators are working on it.

Cons

It is slightly more complicated than we need, so some functionality is wasted.

An intuitive, integrated system.

Pros

StreamSWEET is an intuitive, integrated system that allows us to manage our data and web content through the CRM and CMS.
It’s convenient having various operations in one place and also having the ability to leverage APIs and connect into our other key systems such as Xero. StreamSWEET has also allowed us to add in custom features, providing greater benefit to our members.

Cons

Allow time to scope rules when developing bespoke functionality.
