Highly recommend the SOLABS QM10 EQMS
Reviewed on 1/30/2023
Helps us meet compliance and ensure organizational effectiveness.
Pros
Our company's experience with this EQMS application has been very positive. It has good functionality and user experience, performance, scalability, and security. We are also using the Change Control (P0036) process and found it easy to adapt from paper-based to the electronic process. It is a very stable application and backed with great customer support when needed.
Cons
Requires initial training, but once done it saves us time in the long term by using a well structured interface.

Good electronic document management system for small to medium size companies
Reviewed on 1/16/2020
We were using a paper-based system for SOPs and forms, which required lots of running around the office retrieving outdated versions when we revised docs. We got this system to achieve positive control of quality documents, and also got a training system tied to the documentation system.
Pros
Coordination of quality document management system with training system. The core app provides for document creation, editing, review, and approval, and it will also allow you to set up training for each person. The training is tracked and can easily provide feedback to supervisors on the status of the training of their direct reports.
Cons
Lacks two key features (soon to be fixed): no back button and some lists don't alphabetize. The lack of a back button functionality sometimes requires several clicks and page refreshes just to go back one page. Some lists of individuals are not alphabetized, requiring long scrolling in a small window to find the name you want.

A great Quality Management Software
Reviewed on 1/31/2023
My overall experience with this product is in general positive. With Solabs QM10 you can share documents among all employees and manage the versions of these documents. Document review is made easier. Notifications can be customizable. Users can also acknowledge receipt and sign the document directly.
Pros
Easy to customize and use. Easy export of training reports. Makes Document retrieving during audits very easy.
Cons
It has some details missing that do not influence its performance, for example, some lists of individuals are not sorted alphabetically but numbered so you have to search one by one.

Nice product with a team close to customers to improve and build new features
Reviewed on 2/6/2023
Pros
The fact that we can have centralized in one system our quality management as documents, change control, CAPA etc.
Cons
When you create new features to not forget to check if it is compliant with pharmaceutical GMP, 21 CFR part 11 especially because they release are for all the clients.

Great system
Reviewed on 6/15/2022
Pros
The system is user friendly, linear, and in continuous improvement (we saw multiple huge improvements in the last year).
It's great for users management, training management, and document control and management.
It's easy to manage and the team is very cooperative and open to suggestions.
Cons
Lacks few details that don't influence its performance but only its overall grade (which cannot less than 4/5).

Easy of use

Pros
- Electronic signature (useful for home office).- Ease of use versus equivalent software used in other divisions of our company.
Cons
- Seems fixed now, but the needs to restart ADLIB often was not efficient. - Reporting tool not always efficient - Who is trained on this SOP/Did all my direct report read that SOP?/etc. (maybe due to lack of training on the tool or setup)

We spent a lot of time looking around while SOLABS was in front of our face the entire time. All in-house users would recommend.
