Every call, text, whether incoming or outgoing, costs money and is counted towards your monthly bill with JustCall. &#10;Use of features is not as easily accessible or understandable, mainly because of less demand in some features, but also because of the technology used to implement those features with your CRM. Such as individual CRM integrations rather than full and general integrations that cover everything through a single account.
