I mostly liked how easy it was to become acquainted with and use Tremendous for redeeming rewarded incentives. There has never been a faster, more efficient way to choose and activate my earned rewards. Tremendous also offers the most reward choices and options to fit your needs.

I would have to say that I would have liked to figure out a way to view all redeemed cards and their current balances from a dashboard section on the platform. I was not able to do this which would have been very convenient.

The ease of setting up an email campaign, customization of campaigns, and sending the vouchers to our customers/ respondents is the stand-out feature. Additionally, various voucher options are available, and the tracking feature of the incentives sent to various respondents is a huge benefit. We haven't started using the API function but from the reviews read we feel that this will make the incentive process much smoother. You also find almost all countries and voucher options on tremendous. Much more than the ones other competitors provide.

There is nothing that we don't like about Tremendous. The one thing that we want is if the vouchers are not getting utilized then after expiry how may vouchers has expired we want to know that number. Also, there is no feature of sending multiple vouchers in one batch file to multiple respondents from various countries using different templates, so one please add this feature.

It's an easy and friendly tool to use for incentive distribution. Very intuitive.

There is no option to resend the incentive if it hasn't been cashed out after two weeks. Alternatively, a message indicating that someone hasn't redeemed their prize would be beneficial so we can follow up with them via email.

It is simple to use. I can show the tool to a colleague and they are ready right away to start working in Tremendous.

I have no complaints. I have been using this for almost a year and found no drawbacks.

There is really nothing I don't like, it would be good if there were more options for some countries (e.g. some African countries) but we know this isn't entirely up to Tremendous.

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. The service has been wonderful for us.

The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. It's a breeze to create templates, and all activity is saved in the history. Not to mention, the platform is reliable and sends to almost anywhere in the world, which is a huge asset for our work as we send gift cards to clients and employees worldwide.

There's nothing specific that bothers me about the platform. But one thing that could be improved is saving previously used email addresses. Overall though, the platform is great!

We are a small nonprofit and use Tremendous to compensate research participants worldwide. In the past, this was a very time-consuming and labor intensive process. We work with many patients in countries that are not easily served by your standard Amazon gift card. Tremendous makes it so easy and fast to send gift cards to many recipients all over the world in one smooth process. They also respond very promtly to customer questions.

We are a nonprofit and many of the participants we send gift cards to are very interested in returning our gift cards to us as a donation. There is not an easy way for participants to do that. There is also not a transparent process for getting your nonprofit added as a donation option. It is very unclear how to get your nonprofit listed and what criteria they use for selecting organizations. Initially it was only larger, well known organizations but now there are a bunch of small and regional organizations. It would also be nice to be able to add links to the reward emails

Aside from Tremendous being a great product, some major pros were cost, ease of setup and overall ease of use.

I can't think of any cons at all. It's a great service!

The platform is very easy to use. The fact that we can send rewards in different currencies was essential. They offer a wide selection of rewards in all world countries, even smaller countries like Slovenia.

Nothing really. Maybe the fact that I wasn't able to share the campaign template I created with my colleague, so I had to replicate it in her account.
