The easy to use interface and client notifications

Not more abilities to customize or personalize

The idea sounds great to be able to automate processes, however many times you still have to be involved. I like simply that it gives clients an option to use and it is useful I would say 50% of the time. It is ok.

1. Some clients are not able to use it and have to have a live person walk them through it.
2. Client document needs lists can be challenging or have to be manually configured to get correct docs needed.
3. Seems clunky to use with Encompass and not sure there is any benefit to use with CRM Surefire/ Top of Mind.
4. Support asks for specific examples when you let them know their mapping is not correct. Then asked for exact field numbers when there are around 10,000 fields. I would expect the company would want their product to be mapped better.

I like SimpleNexus because it has helpful features for the mortgage industry. It has a smooth process for starting loans and a secure website for borrowers to check their loan status and talk to their loan officer. It also has a convenient mobile app for access on the go.

I don't have any least feature or negative comment for this software.

The ability to customize this app has been such a break through for our company. I've been able to work with the support staff to get a whole new application process, with new features and more!

At the beginning there were a few bugs and kinks that were causing the app to crash, but since then all seem to have been mostly resolved!

The features and the ease of use to upload documentation. This was the easiest process I have ever done for going through financing for a mortgage.

The documents upload was limited to a size cap. If you changed the size of the document then it was too small for the other end to read. It was a little bit of a pain to upload one or two documents at a time and have to submit it so you didn’t go over the size cap.

Great tool to co-brand and our referral sources love it! The calculators are the best in the business. Easy, Simple, Straight Forward. Clients love the scanner.

Integration with our LOS is not pain free...but such is life if you use a legacy LOS as we do.

Ease of use, very useful when assisting clients

Everything about this software works, no cons yet

The main things I like about it are how configurable and easy to use it is. The settings are very well laid out, which makes maintaining and updating user accounts a breeze.

There are a few product enhancements that I have requested, that will hopefully be added soon. The main one is being able to send documents from our LOS (Encompass) to app users.

Very informative app for the entire home mortgage process! Great integrated tools!

Access to documents and applications. I also like the feature I can jump in an help a client when they are stuck in the online application.

I would like to communication between this system and PCl to be actuate

Sometimes borrowers have issues entering in the authorization code

I love pre-approvals through this app. I don't always have my laptop with me and this comes in handy

It is very easy for my agents to use and implement as part of their sales pitch.

They changed the product so it no longer updates with encompass information regarding loan payments.

The support is incredible. Anytime I or my customers need help, the support staff is available and helpful.
Ease of use for my customers is a huge plus, the simplicity of the system makes it easy to use even for the less tech-savy users.

There are a few features that we would like that just are not there yet, but they keep adding and building and we are hopeful to see these in the future!

Ease of use both on PC and cell phone. Very good compatability.
