I started using the software from a user perspective, when I worked on operation department. As a user I always liked the software, because if it didn't adapt to our processes, there was always the possibility to customize or enhance the features.
I also used as a project manager developing a billing function alongside with ISO, the software proved to be fully adaptable for everything that can be flight related.
As an application coordinator, my experience with Skyport continues to be excelent, the software is the most available and stable as it can be, and also, ISO fully attends me.
The software is highly user friendly, and there is always the possibility to customize. It is easier to work with our users in a product management, because we can always enhance the software toguether wiht ISO.
The users need to infer about a few functionalities, so it needed, almost mandatory to have a more detailed training, specially if the user is not from the aviation industry.
