Pros

The system is flexible in importing/exporting all types of data and allows users to rate consignments in any way you can imagine. The mobile app has enabled our drivers to complete deliveries more efficiently using scanning and optimized routing.

Cons

The reporting could be better with an inbuilt BI Tool.

We have been working with Transvirtual for nearly 2 years and have been very impressed with the product as well as the people. The TMS has more than met our expectations and we still have a number of areas we can access within the system to extract additional value. The team has great communication and are willing to work with customers to understand your business and achieve your goals.

Pros

The platform itself is has significant customisation and flexibility to be built around your business model. The team at TransVirtual value customer service and provide high levels of support in the build and maintenance of the system.
The ability for internal staff to make changes and updates to the platform as well as the functionality is a huge advantage as you can enact changes promptly without needing to always engage with the support team (although they are always available to assist)

Cons

Occasionally you will find a niche component of the site or the system that doesn't quite operate how you would expect. You need to allocate a reasonable amount of time in the initial stages of the site build to understand how the back end interface works. The current UI is occasionally not as user friendly as it could be and navigating within the many options for configuration will likely require some assistance until its well learned.

Overall its been a great experince, i've used mutiple TMS systems and transvirtual so far has been the easiest and cleanest system.
It's simple to use which reduces alot of the human errors that i have seen with different systems that create extra work when doing invoice pricing checks.

Pros

Transvirtual is very user friendly and simple to use and understand. I have never used transvirtual before and easily picked up how it flows, was able to easily set up pricing and put special conditions in.

I like how you can allocate carriers also using transvirtual to pick ups and deliveries and see what the carriers will charge per consgiment.

I like how you can set up all different types of reports and design how you want to reports to look & what information is included.
There are so many benefits using transvirtual and the support team are very helpful

Cons

At the moment the WMS module in transvirtual, mainly the way it costs movements.

Overall it has been awesome. We have saved so much time and energy by using the TransVirtual system. And they are always looking to improve their product continuously.

Pros

Everything is in one place. We delivery for multiple carriers, and it is so much easier when they are already integrated with TransVirtual. Customer Service queries have dropped because the senders and receivers can get up to date tracking on ETAs. And PODs can be triggered to send off automatically at completion. Their support staff have been amazing as well.

Cons

Not a whole lot yet. I would love to learn more about the reports side of thing, as I don't think we have dived deep enough into that area yet.

The overall experience used to be great, but it needs to focus on resolution of issues and test items before sending out new releases and breaking things as what has happened in recent times.

Pros

The ease to do the majority of the rules to support agents and customers along with turning off an on features based on what you would like to have the Agent, Customer or receiver see.

Cons

We do not like to time it takes to get issues resolved as in the Transport Industry it is time dependant and some items takes weeks and months to have resolved, even though it was working before a change that TransVirtual did, the support team would say that it is a feature request and no guarantee it will be done even when you show old emails to say that the function was there before.

Their concentration on real-time tracking along with comprehensive reporting tools also stands out well for the logistics industry.

Cons

It can be a bit overwhelming with all the features and capabilities. There might be a learning curve to become fully comfortable with all of the functionalities. It's a trade-off, however, because the depth of features is what makes it powerful. It just may take a little time to master.

Transvirtual has been a significant benefit to our business by providing a suite of tools that are bringing us into a more competitive space and has bridged a long standing gap between agents and carriers where the agents can use one application alone to complete their carriers requirements.

Pros

Initially the platform provided us with a digital solution for Tracking and sign on glass with quality of life features such as printing consignments from national carriers on the spot & instant retrieval of PODS for any staff member specified which helped in operational and CS efficiencies. As time has progressed we now utilize more modules and reporting which is helping us grow our business and bring us inline with customer expectations.

Cons

Setup can be very time consuming depending on the complexities of your business and the learning curve is moderate. However once everything is configured there is little upkeep.

We use trans virtual to further monitor our jobs. Having an access is a great help for me to check from time to time more accurate history and ETA of the Jobs. I can also see our rates which enable us to advance check prices for Invoicing matters accuracy.

Cons

I think all good but would love to suggest if system has the ability to auto notify carrier once Job is delayed based on Transit time set up.

The ease in which one can add jobs for pickups, especially once they have been saved so you don't need to enter in details each time.

Cons

There can sometimes be a lot of extra details that is not needed but that might just be to do with how our carrier has set it up.
