FOCUS on things that matter!

I am too spoilt now that i can't go back to paper and excel checklists. My team uses go audits for daily store audits and i don't need to waste time on compiling sheets and scanning documents that doesn't yield any benefit since in the end all what matters is what action you take to correct things and make it better.
Go Audits understands business and does it well!
Pros
Action Plan is an amazing tool to keep track of What Who When.
Dashboard is very comprehensive and provides all data to have a quick glance or detailed analysis.
Checklists are quiet easy to set up
with roles and permission you are able to keep everything structured and in control.
Cons
The import audit configuration thing could be replaced with instant sync that doesn't require people to sync in order to see any changes.
The theme of the checklist could use some facelift as people might board looking at the same checklist each day. If the users can customize their look and feel of their user account then it will give it a personal touch.

Pros
I've been uploading and creating checklists for my Assessors. I don't use the software. But the software is user-friendly and intuitive. There are some features which could be improved, but having trialled another well-known auditing app, GoAudits is on a par, all-told. The support is fantastic - you don't have to wait long for assistance. I also like the fact that you can upload a checklist in almost any format, and GoAudits will do the heavy lifting for you, all as part of the service. Compared with other similar products on offer, this is fantastic. Plus, you have plenty of templates ready to use, or you can create your own, all at a competitive price point. It's early days, but I'm looking to subscribe for all the reasons stated.
Cons
We haven't tried using it in the field yet, so my comments will be limited to the 'backend design' of things. It can be a bit clunky having to edit checklists you've been using, in the Form Builder section. But I don't think its vastly different from most other similar offerings out there, especially when you consider all that's on offer for the price plans, and the quality of support.

Pros
As the admin user it is great that you can limited access for the users to only see certain audits. Support team are always very helpful and quick to respond. The app is also easy to navigate meaning that it is fast to train staff how to use it.
Cons
I find the backend portal on the webpage very slow despite using very strong wifi. I don't like that I can't permanently delete audits it has to be done by the go audits team. I think further descriptions and features could be useful so we can maximum the audits to the best of their ability. We would love to be able to complete the audit and send it to external users for them to review and sign.

Intuitive report interface, easy administration and great customer service

The previous software we were using was complicated to administrate and GoAudits has been a pleasure to set up and use. Customer support has been amazing with our dedicated client manager readily available and helpdesk very responsive when (rarely) required. The interface is very intuitive and our team needs very little training to enable them to use the product effectively. The GoAudit team have worked hard to ensure that we have bespoke reporting, both automatic and on demand, which suits our client's needs.
Pros
The team at GoAudits are quick to respond to any queries and open to suggestions for improvements. The whole interface is easy to use, from administration to end use by our audit team, and it has also helped our clients to focus on the audit reports. The client site managers are presented with access to an Action Plan, keeping the audit in a 'live' state until corrective actions are taken. This has helped drive involvement from Operations teams, encouraging improvement between visits resulting in higher audit scores and better compliance with policies and procedures
Cons
The necessity to be 'online' to start an audit or view the report can occasionally cause issues in the middle of a 'tin-can' factory with very little reception but is usually easily resolved with a short walk!

Initially, the support wasn't the best but this year it is brilliant. I have sent multiple checklist to them and the turnaround has been no more than 3 days and we have started using them in productionThe support has been brilliant to to help me learn the analytics part of the system which is a massive bonus

You are able to trend data and see what is good and badWhen filling in a checklist - any issues then a person can be allocated a task and an email sent to them straight away, this is also held on the system to be questioned by managementTaking pictures of issues - "a picture is worth 1000 words" a lot of our operators can see an issue and have never been able to describe it fully - now they are able to show us what they are seeing

The reporting - I would like to be able to see different ways of viewing the information - a standard set up doesn't always work for all customers

Working with Goaudits has been great the support team have always been a great help with any problems. Goaudits have also listened to our requirements over the time we have been using there system and made many changes to there system for our company needs.
Pros
I found the app on the phone
so easy to use and navigate. The desktop software was a little more complicated but after using it for a month and with the help of goaudits support I was taught all I needed to know. The integration to the business was easy.
Cons
Navigating the dashboard and back system was difficult. The reports generated are not in the format or layout I would prefer and find it hard to convert it to what I would like.

The support provided since the beginning of the project helped us a lot to build everything that is in practice today. Some very specific requests were fulfilled over time. After a year of use, everyone is used to the software and paper audits are increasingly replaced by GoAudits.
Pros
Easy to use, intuitive, answers customized, reports sent.
Cons
Interface only in English, it will be appreciate other languages .
Some few changing is not possibles in the forms/checklists setup (exemples: order of sections is not possible to change in our side).
Custom Fields is very useful, but it is not possible to use a predefined list of values (dropdown list).

The feature of GoAudits that I appreciate the most is its ease of use and how it can be adapted to suit any working environment, from a Construction Site to a Care Home, to a Hotel.
I can only give the GoAudits platform and team my sincere thanks for a product that has not only saved us time, effort and money but is highly rated by my staff and our Clients!

I have been using GOAudit for over 1 year now, but my company uses for over 2. The product is excellent and ensure diligence. The customer service is quick, efficient and super helpful. Anything is possible with them, they are very accommodating and open to suggestions for improvements.
Cons
Nothing really. If I would suggest something, I would like an automated way to send reminders to close "action plans".

Customization of few forms has been a challenge so far, but I am pretty confident that a solution will be found soon.Sometimes unable to upload a picture while performing an audit in the mobile app.An option to close bulk actions of the same question for the same location is currently not available.

Goaudits have helped reduce the paperwork we use and has saved us so much time as we do not need to type up audits in the office, another key feature that has helped us and our clients is the fact it gives us a score, this helps clients see that they are improving and helps them become more motivated to improve. The more in-depth you have to be with details, the more the app seems to struggle.

Management can easily delete/ update any questions.
Cons
The product often logs you out when trying to upload photos, this happens on a daily basis.Limits you to only uploading 4 photos when showing damage ect, so limits what you can show on reports.If you press 'no' for option it lowers the percentage of the report or in some cases wont let you complete until marked'yes'.

Go Audits is user-friendly and creates efficiencies needed in our operation. Having recently spent some time with [sensitive content hidden] (our new Account Manager), I am a big fan of the performance, trends and summary tabs. These sections will aid in our effort to achieve our set targets for 2023.
