> **Pros**: I love that it’s super easy to navigate and set up. My clients love how easy it is for them to book appointment and gives them reminder notices which also cuts down on the amount of missed appointments. My favourite feature is the weekly availability email that goes out to my clients. Helps to fill my schedule for the week. I love that my clients information is secure and keeping client records is convenient and easy. I think the monthly fee is fair.  It’s easy to add services and employees if needed. Overall, very user friendly.

> **Cons**: I find I have to reinstall the app occasionally. I find the app will freeze up if I’m trying to go too quickly. It needs time to think. I have noticed it’s gotten better but it’s frustrating when I’m trying to book though the app then it will freeze and I have to reinstall and start the process over.

> **Pros**: Once you learn the ropes ClinicSense operates smoothly and with little to no difficulty.  Lots of features.  Can't live without my online book now\!  :)Dev's are quick to answer concerns.

Also, scheduling on my phone is convenient.
Payment, and SOAP notes is incredibly easy as well.
