Circuits is quick and easy to use for admins, dispatchers and drivers. Route creation and optimisation is easy both in-browser and on the app.

Occasionally (only a handful of times) a similar, incorrect address has been ripped from circuits to Google maps and sent drivers to the wrong place

It would be good if it could sync with shopify so that orders could be marked delivered/attempted and notes could be entered on customer orders without leaving the circuits app.

dealing with customer service, I have not been impressed with them any time I discover an issue, as an example, addresses we have used many times, all of sudden is putting it on the map miles away on a street that doesn't even with the same letter. but the next time same address can be where it belongs. When I called in it, it was they never heard of it and it was something i was doing wrong. Then months later I see a post that this problem has been solved, (so others had the same issue) when this was posted that it was fixed, it wasn't , but this past two weeks it seems it has been finally repaired.

I love the sad of use and uploading a spreadsheet into the website.

Clients not being able to message the driver specifically, not sure if I’m missing anything but usually when clients message the message doesn’t get to the driver. Also sometimes doing the route and redoing them when a driver changes can mess up the whole route, wish that was a little easier. Sometimes I have 5 drivers and add in another driver but when you optimize the route then only 4 or 5 drivers get a route which doesn’t make sense, it should split them into the active driver. So then it’s a manual process for me which does take some time. But in general, hasn’t been bad.

We tested several other programs (some cheaper and some more expensive) but Circuit had the best value. It was very fast to implement and learn how to use the software. I really like the monthly updates and features they push to us.

Overall the multiple clicks to get add a stop, make changes to a route is a bit cumbersome. It would be nice to streamline that process.

Being able to manually enter delivery information makes Circuit very user friendly for a one driver business. Also seeing the distance for each days deliveries gives us a good idea of how to properly plan our daily routes.

I would like to be able to add a number to the delivery to help manipulate it to suit the days route. IE: Account A is #1 delivery Account B is #2 delivery and then let the route planning take over from there.

If you are running a small fleet of delivery vehicles, then the circuit is a must have. It is a cost effective solution with loads of great features. The one feature we love is how the customer can track their delivery to their business.

None thing really. The only feature that would be fantastic to have would be to upload a week's worth of deliveries and for circuit to optimise the run for the week. At the moment you only do it for the day. Which means sometimes we go to the same area in the week.

Circuit is the most simple and easy to use routing software Iv'e used for routing. I generally recomend it to everyone, especially smaller companies.

Sometimes the driver tracking is off, but never in a detrimental way.

The product is easy to use for myself and the drivers. Even some drivers who are 50+ in age who are not the best with technology find the app very easy to use.

I wish you could turn off the portion where drivers are allowed to add or delete stops.

I really enjoy how easy and accessible the app is to use. We provide transportation to youth and this app makes routes so much easier.

I do not like that sometimes when the routes are being created, they aren't always equally distributed between the drivers. Sometimes I have to manually adjust the route to better meet the needs of the drivers.

Sending routes from PC is hard to edit.

It's easy to use to use usually. It's easy train people on.

It doesn't give me different options for paths. Sometimes there are routes that are more dangerous that we would like to avoid.

We use Circuit to send drivers to customers multiple times per week. Our work is spread out across multiple Counties, and this would not be possible without the Circuit product.

For what we do, the product works great.

how quick it is to use. I dont have to think, it does all the calculating for me.

wish I could manually input stops when required (i.e. slot a certain address into a given spot - i.e third on the list)

I adore this platform. It's so easy to use both in build out and in user experience. But my favorite part is the customer service. I know I can bring any questions related to our virtual tour to our rep, [sensitive content hidden]
, and that we'll get a quick and helpful response!

We haven't had any barriers or issues with Circuit while creating our virtual tours.

We use circuit to manage our delivery team, plan routes and issue delivery notifications. Compared to competitors it is a much more affordable solution that provides the simple features we require for a small delivery team.

GPS could be better at times. But for the price it isn't an issue for us.
