Ultimately, it was never going to work. I had purchased a year's worth of usage and contacted support to obtain a partial refund. This was repeatedly rejected. Further use /support of the product was offered but this was irrelevant since my system wasn't going to handle it. They repeatedly wanted to have further sales calls which felt invasive. They also used the word 'policy' to refuse a partial refund. I'm talking two days of attempting connection vs a year subscription.
